Shipping policy!

Standard Rate: Flat fee of $7 for cost shipping + materials. It takes me 1-3 days to fill your order, then it's off to the post office! Tracking information is sent to your email once fulfilled. USPS usually takes 2-7 days depending on where you live. 

Economy Rate: Flat fee of $3.50 for cost shipping + materials. It takes me 1-3 days to fill your order, then it's off to the post office! Tracking information is NOT sent to your email once fulfilled. USPS usually takes 2-7 days depending on where you live. 

Free Shipping on orders $50+.

Where is my order?!

Once I drop off your print at the post office, I have no control over it. It is up to you to let me know if it was not delivered. I label every package with two “Do Not Bend” stickers and have adjusted my packaging to prevent damage. If your print arrives and it has been bent or crushed, that is unfortunately something I will not refund. I always send the digital copy as a backup to this problem.

My commission doesn't look like I wanted...

Please just tell me! Nothing is set in stone and I can very easily rework the image. I would much rather take some more time to fix what I don’t get quite right than for you to have a bad experience. The latter hurts both of our pride way more!

I would like a refund!

I do not issue refunds. All sales are final. The work I make takes a lot of time and the cost of running a small business is a lot. If the order is a commission, I will gladly rework the image for you but unfortunately will not refund.
