1. Returns: We do not accept returns for commissions as each item is custom-made or tailored to your specific requirements.

2. Alterations for Commissions: For commissioned work, we understand that preferences may evolve. We offer a one-time complimentary alteration within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at mk@copperandprint.com to discuss any desired modifications.

3. Exchange Policy: In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product or offer a replacement. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be considered only in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order or if there is a manufacturing defect. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
